Terms and Conditions
Definitions
“Event” shall mean CeMAT SEA including the exhibition and all adjoining conferences (LogiSYM Asia Pacific and LogiSYM Cold Chain). “Organiser” shall mean Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd.
Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is rescheduled, relocated or shortened before the event start date, your Visitor ticket will automatically be valid for the new time, location or duration.
If in the Organiser’s absolute discretion the Organiser determines that the event cannot be postponed and run within an appropriate future timeframe, or should be cancelled for serious cause, including circumstances not within the Organiser’s reasonable control, the Organiser is entitled to cancel the event. Should this occur the Organiser will transfer your ticket to the following years event, honouring all existing pricing structures and entitlements. The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs borne by the registered Attendees.
Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration for the Event will be sent to you via email by the Organiser. If applicable, a separate tax invoice will also be sent via e-mail.
Exhibition Entry
Access to the exhibition is included in all conference tickets. Exhibition Visitor only attendance includes entry to the CEMAT SEA exhibition and access to the exhibition program only.
Entry to the Event
All visitors acknowledge that they may be photographed or filmed by the Organiser's official photographer/videographer, and consent to their image being used in promotional material by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the event to any entity or individual. The Organiser's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Applications and payments that are not accepted will be returned.
Permission to use Mobile Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number during registration for the Event, you are permitting the Organiser to SMS to your number up to 5 times. Should you wish to unsubscribe, reply "remove" to the SMS.
Privacy Policy
Personal information acquired by the Organiser for CeMAT South East Asia and any adjoining conferences is governed by the Organisers Privacy Policy. For information on the privacy Policy, click here.
Restrictions of Entry
Minimum age for entry 18 years old.
